Become an Externship Site with Mission Career College

At Mission Career College, we train students in high-demand healthcare programs such as Nursing Assistant (NA), Clinical Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, and more. We are currently seeking clinics, labs and urgent care centers across the Inland Empire & High Desert region that are interested in becoming externship sites. By partnering with us now, you can access job-ready talent, strengthen your team and invest in the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What is an Externship?

An externship is a structured, supervised placement where students apply their classroom learning in a real-world healthcare environment. As an externship site, you provide the opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, while your facility gains motivated learners who can assist your team. Externships are typically unpaid, time-limited and designed to benefit both the host site and the student.
