Mission Career College is committed to providing a safe, supportive learning environment. If you have a concern about your classroom experience, program quality, or any issue affecting your well-being, we want to hear from you. This page will help you choose the correct reporting path.

Types of Concerns We Handle

Instructional or Program Concerns:
Use this option for issues involving instructors, classroom teaching, assignments, testing, externship/lab experiences, or program-related services.

Report Classroom Issue

‍HR, Conduct, or Safety Concerns:
Use this option for concerns involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct by staff or students, safety risks, or violations of policy.

Report Safety / Conduct Issue

What You Can Expect

• Acknowledgment within 2 business days
• Most investigations resolved within 30 days
• Your report is handled with confidentiality
• MCC prohibits retaliation against anyone who submits a concern in good faith

Emergency Situations

If you feel unsafe or need urgent help, contact 911 or local emergency services before submitting a report.
